Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Enginnering, Science, Algriculture, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience as PPMC/ PPIC in Garment Manufacturing.
• Must understand garment production flow, Advanced to use excel, and can create schedule based on buyer requirements.
• Strong leadership and communication to coordinate with other departments.
• Good problem-solving and time-management skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Good in English, communication & coordination.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and follow up on production progress from order confirmation until shipment.
• Coordinate with Production, Planning, Quality, Warehouse, and other related departments.
• Follow up on material readiness and ensure all required materials are available for production.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure orders are completed according to the agreed timeline.
• Communicate order and production updates to buyers or the merchandising team.
• Monitor order quantities and ensure the correct quantity is produced according to the buyer’s requirements.
• Monitor the shipment schedule and ensure goods are shipped on time.
• Maintain accurate records of order status, production progress, and shipment information.
• Ensure all buyer requirements, specifications, and deadlines are properly communicated to the production team.
