Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in merchandising, retail sales management, or related field within garment industry.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data, inventory metrics, and market trends.
• Excellent visual merchandising expertise with attention to detail and aesthetics.
• Demonstrated leadership with mentoring retail or merchandising teams.
• Fluent Indonesian and English (written and spoken).

PT Pan Brothers, Tbk is seeking an experienced Senior Merchandiser to join our dynamic sales team in Boyolali, Central Java. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial strategic role in driving our merchandising excellence and sales performance. As Senior Merchandiser, you will be responsible for overseeing product presentation, inventory management, and sales optimisation across our retail operations. This role is essential to ensuring our brand remains competitive and our customers receive an exceptional shopping experience. You will work on-site at our Boyolali location, where you will have the opportunity to lead merchandising initiatives and mentor junior team members.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing comprehensive merchandising strategies to maximise sales and product visibility across all retail channels
• Managing inventory levels, stock rotation, and product placement to ensure optimal product availability and customer satisfaction
• Analysing sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for product promotion and category performance improvement
• Creating eye-catching visual merchandising displays that align with brand guidelines and seasonal campaigns
• Collaborating with the sales team to establish sales targets and develop strategies to achieve or exceed performance goals
• Conducting regular audits of store conditions, product displays, and compliance with merchandising standards
• Training and mentoring junior merchandising staff to ensure consistent execution of merchandising standards
• Liaising with suppliers and warehouse teams to ensure timely product delivery and stock replenishment
• Monitoring competitor activity and market positioning to inform merchandising decisions
• Preparing detailed merchandising reports and presenting insights to senior management

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in merchandising, retail sales management, or a related field within the garment industry
• Proven track record of successfully developing and executing merchandising strategies that have driven measurable sales growth
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, inventory metrics, and market trends
• Excellent visual merchandising expertise with an eye for detail and aesthetic presentation
• Demonstrated leadership capability with experience mentoring and developing retail or merchandising teams
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and management
• Knowledge of retail operations, point-of-sale systems, and inventory management software
• Strong problem-solving abilities and flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and business requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and retail management systems
• Fluency in Indonesian and English (both written and verbal) is essential
• Willingness to work on-site in Boyolali, Central Java
