Job summary

Prym Intimates Indonesia (PII) is seeking a data entry focused professional to maintain SAP data accuracy and handle PO entries with speed. You will ensure timely processing of bulk POs and sample POs, while building solid relationships with customers to support sales and operations in Semarang.

The role emphasizes precision in data handling, quick follow-up, and effective communication with internal teams and clients in the textiles sector.

Qualifications

• Maintain 100% accuracy of SAP data entry (e.g., product, prices, quantity)
• Ensure bulk PO entries are completed within 24 hours working hours upon receipt of PO
• Sample PO entries to be completed within 24 hours working hours upon receipt of PO
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

• Process bulk PO entries within 24 hours of PO receipt.
• Complete sample PO entries within 24 hours of PO receipt.
