Job summary

PT. Pan Brothers Tbk in Tangerang is seeking a Quality Assurance & Control Assistant Manager with a bachelor’s degree in Textile or Industrial Engineering and at least 3 years in garment manufacturing.

Strong technical knowledge of products and hands-on leadership are required to lead QA systems and improve quality across the line. You will set up and implement the quality framework, monitor supplier performance, coordinate with buyers and internal teams, and drive continuous improvement while

Qualifications

• Graduated bachelor’s degree (Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering).
• 3+ years of experience in garment manufacturing quality control.
• Technical knowledge of products is essential.
• Strong understanding of QA processes from IMQC to finish-good warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Set up and implement the entire quality system; quality objectives and quality management.
• Consolidate information from other departments and guide others in quality awareness.
• Measure factory quality performance on a regular basis.
• Communicate with buyers and suppliers on quality matters.
• Measure supplier performance for marketing strategy.
• Guide QC Department to maintain quality processes.
• Involve in development of sewing techniques and factory evaluation processes.
• Provide regular quality reports for management review.
