Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Engineering, Project Management, or related fields
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project Manager or Installation Supervisor
• Able to read and understand technical drawings and installation systems
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Able to work under pressure and meet project targets
• Good leadership and team coordination abilities
• Willing to travel for project visits when required
• Minimum intermediate level of English proficiency
• Experience handling interior, furniture, or building installation projects
• Familiar with project management software and technical drawing software

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise installation projects from start to completion
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within quality standards, and according to the approved budget
• Understand technical aspects of installation work and provide effective on-site solutions
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and related parties involved in the project
• Act as the main liaison with clients for communication, negotiation, and project dealing processes
• Ensure client needs and expectations are properly fulfilled
• Prepare regular project progress reports for management
• Monitor project execution to ensure compliance with company standards and workplace safety regulations
