Job summary

PT. Predmet Furniture in Bali is seeking a Project Manager/Installation Supervisor to oversee end-to-end installation projects. The role requires coordinating with teams, vendors, and clients to ensure on-time delivery within quality standards and budget.

Strong technical reading skills and English proficiency are needed. Travel to client sites may be required; candidates should have 2+ years of installation experience and a background in engineering or project management.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Engineering, Project Management, or related fields
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project Manager or Installation Supervisor
• Able to read and understand technical drawings and installation systems
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Able to work under pressure and meet project targets
• Good leadership and team coordination abilities
• Willing to travel for project visits when required
• Minimum intermediate level of English proficiency
• Experience handling interior, furniture, or building installation projects
• Familiar with project management software and technical drawing software

Responsibilities
