Job summary

PT AJAIB TTX Solusi (jakarta) is seeking a Product Analyst to monitor onboarding and login funnels, model health from the data layer, and flag significant changes for Product teams. You will own data tracking, dashboards, and collaboration with stakeholders to ensure timely, actionable insights.

The role emphasizes hands-on execution, data quality, and cross-functional communication to drive improvements in funnel performance and product metrics.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Product or Data Analyst in a product or growth context.
• Hands-on SQL and database querying, not only reading pre-built reports.
• Hands-on experience with Mixpanel or similar analytics tools.
• Understanding of funnel analysis concepts and metrics.
• Proficient with large spreadsheets for reporting and reconciliation.
• Detail-oriented with ability to detect anomalies before dashboards.
• Strong written communication to summarize findings for Product.
• Bonus: fintech, KYC/onboarding, or regulated industry exposure.
• Bonus: knowledge of authentication/security metrics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly funnel and login metrics dashboards.
• Query the database and Mixpanel to pull, validate, and reconcile data.
• Maintain and update tracking dashboards and reports regularly.
• Spot anomalies and threshold breaches in funnel or login data.
• Escalate significant drops with data-backed context to Product.
• Support ad hoc data pulls and analyses for stakeholders.
• Keep event definitions, dashboard specs, and metric docs up to date.
• Perform live app testing to understand user experience and app behavior.
• Benchmark onboarding flows against competitors to identify improvements.
• Conduct research to support funnel optimization and data-driven recommendations.
