Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS, analytics, information systems, statistics, or related field.
• 6+ years in Marketing Analytics, MarTech, or Revenue Operations across digital and offline/partner channels.
• Advanced SQL experience (BigQuery/Snowflake/PostgreSQL) joining online ad data with offline CRM/Telesales databases.
• Proficiency with BI tools (Looker/Tableau/Power BI) and advanced modeling in Excel/Sheets.
• Deep knowledge of Google Tag Manager (Server-Side GTM), CDPs (Segment, RudderStack, etc.), and Webhooks/APIs.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer data strategy, lifecycle analytics, BI dashboarding, and funnel optimization to fuel growth and retention.
• Architect, scale, and maintain the enterprise MarTech stack across app, web, and paid channels.
• Design and deploy automated data pipelines merging ad data with CRM/Telesales databases.
• Enforce robust tracking standards across campaigns, affiliates, and external agencies.
• Eliminate manual reporting workflows by engineering centralized data models in cloud warehouses.
• Build and maintain automated, real-time BI dashboards tracking funnel metrics from ad to sale.
• Develop multi-touch attribution and incrementality frameworks to measure true digital ROI.
• Analyze digital journeys to identify drop-offs and optimize funnel conversion.
