Job summary

FinAccel in Jakarta is seeking a Product Analyst - Risk Squad to support the Risk team by researching and providing clear analysis of product initiatives. You will advocate data-first decisions and collaborate with engineering, marketing and operations to scope and implement new features.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years as data analyst or product manager in a startup, strong SQL, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in a data analyst, product manager or programmer role in a startup.
• Solid technical background with SQL proficiency and exposure to software development.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
• Ability to develop product and marketing strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities; self-starter with project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Research landscape, customers, product metrics, and trends to identify gaps.
• Generate ideas to grow market share, improve experience and drive growth.
• Write specs, evaluate pros/cons and perform what-if analyses.
• Translate strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
• Scope and prioritize activities based on impact; collaborate with engineering, marketing and operations.
• Provide leadership to manage a team of analysts.
