• Establish expansion of partnerships with banks, BPRs, multi-finance companies and other capital providers
• Oversee and manage funding initiatives and other strategic partnerships with financial institutions
• Develop and execute funding strategies to optimize cost of funds, liquidity and capital efficiency
• Manage all negotiations with financial partners including deal structuring and pricing
• Manage end to end loan processes including loan documentation, disbursement and covenant monitoring
• Act as the key point of contact for lenders and external stakeholders, building long-term, trust-based partnerships.
