Job summary

PT Pembiayaan Digital Indonesia membuka lowongan Staff Operasional Funding di Jakarta pusat. Anda akan membantu proses funding harian, mengkoordinasikan disbursement dan settlement bersama tim operasional serta departemen terkait.

Posisi ini menuntut ketelitian, inisiatif, dan kemampuan bekerja mandiri maupun tim. Kemampuan bahasa Indonesia dan Inggris yang baik sangat dibutuhkan, serta keterampilan MS Office dan Canva akan menjadi nilai tambah.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Administration, Funding Operations, Banking, Finance, or related field.
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; Canva is an advantage.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized with strong administrative skills.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily funding operations, coordinate fund disbursement and settlement with operations teams and related departments.
• Support communication with banks, institutional lenders, and financing partners.
• Assist in preparing materials for lender meetings and business reviews.
• Coordinate document requests from lenders.
• Prepare and organize funding agreements and supporting documents.
• Maintain proper filing of contracts and legal documentation.
• Work closely with Finance, Accounting, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Product, and Operations teams.
• Support lender onboarding and funding implementation projects.
• Support ad-hoc projects assigned by the Funding Specialist or Funding Manager.
