Qualifications

• Strong pipeline or existing network of potential lenders/investors.
• Top-tier negotiation, sales, and interpersonal skills.

About the Role

We are looking for a high-performing RM Funding to accelerate our lender acquisition and manage investor relationships. In this role, you will connect capital providers with high-impact, productive financing opportunities (Supply Chain & Ecosystem Financing) across Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquisition: Identify and secure new high-net-worth individual (HNWI) and institutional lenders.
• Relationship Management: Maintain an active lender portfolio, ensuring high retention and reinvestment rates.
• Client Advisory: Guide lenders through product features, yield potential, and seamless onboarding.
• Performance: Consistently hit individual funding volume and portfolio growth targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
• 2+ years of experience in Priority Banking, Wealth Management, Financial Sales, or Fintech Funding.
• Strong pipeline or existing network of potential lenders/investors.
• Top-tier negotiation, sales, and interpersonal skills.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
