• 2+ years of experience in Priority Banking, Wealth Management, Financial Sales, or Fintech Funding.
• Strong pipeline or existing network of potential lenders/investors.
• Top-tier negotiation, sales, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new high-net-worth individual (HNWI) and institutional lenders.
• Maintain an active lender portfolio, ensuring high retention and reinvestment rates.
• Guide lenders through product features, yield potential, and onboarding.
• Hit individual funding volume and portfolio growth targets.
