Job summary

HSBC Corporate and Institutional Banking (CIB) in Indonesia seeks a capable analyst to support fund administration and investor services. Based in Jakarta, you will ensure accurate input of transaction instructions, apply regulatory requirements, and maintain client data with a strong service mindset within a collaborative team.

You should hold a Bachelor’s degree, have Capital Market experience, be numerate, detail-oriented, and proficient in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Education background in any major.
• Background of working in Capital Market industry.
• Good teamwork and able to work under tight timeline.
• Good with numbers, meticulous and good attention to details.
• Excellent with Microsoft Office is a must.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all transaction instructions are input correctly.
• Ensure regulations are applied to the fund according to OJK and related rules.
• Maintain customer profile data for new and existing customers in distribution agent data uploaded via S-invest.
• Have good communication and relationships within the team.
• Proactively work to meet and exceed customer expectations to increase Investor services market share in fund industry.
• Maintain high level of services standard for Clients.
