HSBC Holdings plc in Jakarta seeks a role within HSBC Corporate and Institutional Banking, Securities Services. You will ensure accurate input of transaction instructions, apply relevant regulations, and manage client profile data via S-invest.

Strong teamwork, numeracy, attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential. This position offers exposure to fund administration, global custody, and related investor services within a multinational bank.

Qualifications

• Education background in any major S1
• Have background of working in Capital Market industry
• Good teamwork and able to work under tight timeline
• Good with numbers, meticulous and good attention to details
• Excellent with Microsoft Office is a must

Responsabilités

• Ensure all transaction instructions are input correctly.
• Ensure OJK and / or any related regulations are applied to the fund
• Ensure all customer profile data for new and existing customers correctly as distribution agent data uploaded via S-invest
• Have good communication and relationships within team
• Proactive work to meet and whenever possible, exceed customer’s expectations added value to client to increase Investor services market share in fund industry.
• Maintain good relationship and develop high level of services standard for Clients.

HSBC Corporate and Institutional Banking (CIB) is a markets-led, financing-focused business that provides investment and financial solutions. Within CIB, Securities Services provides robust and reliable solutions that help clients mitigate risk and enhance their business performance. Working with institutional investors, banks, insurance companies, governments, and multinational corporations, this team covers fund administration, global custody, sub-custody and clearing, and corporate trust and loan agency services.
