Job summary

Techconnect is seeking a Remote Marketing Analytics Specialist to join our marketing team. You will track, measure, and analyze digital campaigns across channels, translating data into actionable insights that improve performance and ROI.

Responsibilities include building dashboards with Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, and marketing automation tools; defining KPIs; conducting A/B tests; and ensuring data accuracy for remote collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics is required.
• 3+ years of experience as a Marketing Analyst, Data Analyst or similar.
• Proficiency with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) is desirable.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Track, measure, and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns across channels.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, and marketing automation tools.
• Interpret data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to define KPIs and tracking mechanisms for new initiatives.
• Conduct A/B testing analyses and provide recommendations based on significance.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all marketing platforms.
