Job summary

Ruangguru is seeking an Education Specialist to deliver coaching, training, and classroom teaching for MT Akademia. You will craft teaching materials, support curriculum implementation, and model best practices for learners while coordinating with stakeholders.

Responsibilities include CBC sessions, homework clinics, and exam-prep guidance (UNSB, UTBK, university entrance). Collaboration with regional teams to foster blended learning innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.

• Provide coaching and training sessions for MT Akademia under Academic Team guidance.
• Conduct consulting for students/parents with Student Advisors for academic pathways.
• Run Homework Clinics (Klinik PR) to address student issues and provide solutions.
• Participate in CBC sessions and share best practices with regional team.
• Teach students in classroom settings with high-quality instruction and engagement.
• Meet minimum session requirements including CBC and classroom teaching.
• Maintain strong relationships with BAC employees and stakeholders.
• Develop teaching materials and assignments to support curriculum.
• Experience teaching USBN, UTBK, or university entrance exam prep.

Job description

• Provide coaching and training sessions, including becoming a buddy for MT Akademia to enhance their teaching skills and effectiveness under the guidance of the Academic Team.
• Conduct consulting for students or parents in collaboration with Student Advisor(s) in order to provide possible pathways for students to achieve their academic goals and maintain good students-parents engagement to ensure students renewal.
• Conduct Homework Clinics (Klinik PR) to assist students in addressing academic issues and providing them with solutions.
• Participate in CBC (Class by Class) sessions and collaborate with the regional team to share best practices and contribute to educational initiatives.
• Teach students directly in classroom settings, ensuring high-quality instruction and engaging learning experiences to be a good example for MT Akademia.
• Fulfill a minimum number of sessions as specified that includes: CBC sessions and classroom teaching sessions.
• Maintain strong relationships with all BAC employees and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and effective class operations.
• Develop teaching materials and academic assignments to support curriculum implementation and enhance student learning, as needed by.
• Experience teaching USBN, UTBK, or university entrance exam preparation.
