Job summary

Ruangguru is seeking educators to join MT Akademia as mentors and classroom instructors in Indonesia. You will provide coaching sessions, CBC collaboration, and curriculum support while working under the guidance of the Academic Team.

You will also conduct Homework Clinics, engage with students and parents, and contribute to entrance exam preparation programs, ensuring high-quality instruction and a positive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
• Strong understanding of educational principles, curriculum development, and classroom management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and cross-functional departments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
• Ability to develop innovative teaching methods and implement blended learning approaches.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and training sessions including buddying MT Akademia to enhance teaching skills.
• Consult with students or parents with Student Advisors to outline academic pathways and maintain engagement for renewals.
• Conduct Homework Clinics (Klinik PR) to address academic issues and provide solutions.
• Participate in CBC sessions and share best practices with regional teams.
• Teach students directly in classrooms, delivering high-quality instruction and engaging learning experiences.
• Fulfill a minimum number of sessions including CBC and classroom teaching.
• Maintain strong relationships with BAC employees and stakeholders for smooth class operations.
• Develop teaching materials and assignments to support curriculum implementation.
• Experience teaching USBN, UTBK, or university entrance exam preparation.

• Conduct consulting for students or parents in collaboration with Student Advisor(s) in order to provide possible pathways for students to achieve their academic goals and maintain good students-parents engagement to ensure students renewal.
• Conduct Homework Clinics (Klinik PR) to assist students in addressing academic issues and providing them with solutions.
• Participate in CBC (Class by Class) sessions and collaborate with the regional team to share best practices and contribute to educational initiatives.
• Teach students directly in classroom settings, ensuring high-quality instruction and engaging learning experiences to be a good example for MT Akademia.
• Fulfill a minimum number of sessions as specified that includes: CBC sessions and classroom teaching sessions.
• Maintain strong relationships with all BAC employees and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and effective class operations.
