Job summary

Ruangguru is seeking an enthusiastic educator to join MT Akademia as a teaching and coaching partner. You will support skill development, deliver engaging lessons, and serve as a role model in classroom settings while aligning with Academic Team guidance.

Responsibilities include coaching sessions, student and parent consultations, CBC collaboration with regional teams, and developing materials to enhance curriculum implementation and student learning outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching USBN, UTBK, or university entrance exam preparation.
• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
• Strong understanding of educational principles, curriculum development, and classroom management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate with teams and cross-functional departments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and relevant software.
• Ability to develop innovative teaching methods and blended learning approaches.

• Provide coaching and training sessions, including becoming a buddy for MT Akademia to enhance their teaching skills and effectiveness under the guidance of the Academic Team.
• Conduct consulting for students or parents in collaboration with Student Advisor(s) in order to provide possible pathways for students to achieve their academic goals and maintain good students-parents engagement to ensure students renewal.
• Conduct Homework Clinics (Klinik PR) to assist students in addressing academic issues and providing them with solutions.
