MT Akademia in Palembang seeks educators to provide coaching and training sessions, becoming a buddy for MT Akademia to enhance teaching skills under the Academic Team’s guidance.

You will conduct consulting with Student Advisors to map pathways for students, run Homework Clinics addressing issues, participate in CBC sessions, and teach in classrooms, serving as a positive example for MT Akademia.

Qualificações

• Experience teaching USBN, UTBK, or university entrance exam preparation.
• Strong understanding of educational principles, curriculum development, and classroom management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide coaching and training sessions with MT Akademia under Academic Team guidance.
• Conduct consulting for students/parents with Student Advisors to map academic pathways.
• Run Homework Clinics to help students address issues and offer solutions.
• Participate in CBC sessions and share best practices with regional teams.
• Teach students in classroom settings, modeling high-quality instruction and engagement.
• Fulfill minimum sessions including CBC and classroom teaching.
• Maintain strong relationships with BAC employees and stakeholders for smooth operations.
• Develop teaching materials and assignments to support curriculum implementation.

• Provide coaching and training sessions, including becoming a buddy for MT Akademia to enhance their teaching skills and effectiveness under the guidance of the Academic Team.
• Conduct consulting for students or parents in collaboration with Student Advisor(s) in order to provide possible pathways for students to achieve their academic goals and maintain good students-parents engagement to ensure students renewal.
• Conduct Homework Clinics (Klinik PR) to assist students in addressing academic issues and providing them with solutions.
• Participate in CBC (Class by Class) sessions and collaborate with the regional team to share best practices and contribute to educational initiatives.
• Teach students directly in classroom settings, ensuring high-quality instruction and engaging learning experiences to be a good example for MT Akademia.
• Fulfill a minimum number of sessions as specified that includes: CBC sessions and classroom teaching sessions.
• Maintain strong relationships with all BAC employees and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and effective class operations.
• Develop teaching materials and academic assignments to support curriculum implementation and enhance student learning, as needed by.

Requirements

• Experience teaching USBN, UTBK, or university entrance exam preparation.
• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and cross-functional departments.
