Job summary

SellAbroad is seeking a Full-Cycle Account Executive to own outreach through close for LATAM accounts. You’ll build a pipeline from provided data, run discovery calls and demos, and close high-value international eCommerce brands with an AI-augmented workflow.

You’ll execute outbound via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and creative messaging, and you’ll manage speed, volume, and quality to drive rapid revenue growth with a transparent, uncapped commission structure.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in sales (SaaS, eCommerce, or B2B preferred).
• Proven ability to close consistently.
• Experience with outbound (not just inbound).
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Comfortable selling complex/high-value solutions.
• Fast learner, adaptable, self-motivated.
• Open to learning and implementing AI-driven sales workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own pipeline from outreach to close.
