Responsibilities

  • Oversee stock availability, allocation, phasing and redating.
  • Coordinate system rules for Value Added Services (SHAS & SHAD).
  • Track seasonal orders with PSI and Inbound team; establish Hard Launch processes.
  • Optimize demand-supply dynamics and inventory targets for efficiency and profitability.
  • Oversee SAP inventory movements and stock category management.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance to monitor budget and RFC targets.

Manager, Order Book Fulfillment (Supply Chain)

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

The Order Fulfilment team’s mission is to ensure the transparency and reliability of the order book, to optimize stock availability, to ensure effective allocation within agreed timelines and parameters, and to manage planning from a logistics perspective so that the order book is delivered in full and on-time.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Development

  • Develop team members operational and technical capabilities to accelerate transformation and provide a best-in-class service for Orderbook Fulfillment’s stakeholders.

Order Book Management

  • Maintain and execute the order book according to the customer’s expectations, ensuring the timely delivery of campaigns and launches.
  • Oversee stock availability and order fulfillment for daily business operations, including allocation, phasing and redating.
  • Monitor order book accuracy and cleansing as required, coordinating closely with the sales operations team.
  • Coordinate requirement collection and set up system rules for all Value Added Services (SHAS & SHAD).

Availability Management

  • Track and prioritize seasonal orders in cooperation with PSI and Inbound team.
  • Establish and track Hard Launch processes, identifying critical supply chain constraints and actions to address them.
  • Optimize demand-supply dynamics and financial-inventory targets, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
  • Oversee inventory activities such as virtual stock transfers and physical inventory movements in SAP.
  • Manage stock category movement to optimize inventory for sales.
  • Monitor and manage QI/blocked stock status and value.

RFC Management

  • Collaborate with Sales and Finance teams on the budget achievement discussion to ensure the fulfillment of channel’s financial targets through active monitoring, expectation management and the alignment and implementation of actions.
  • Ensure the integrity and transparency of the orderbook to contribute to the fulfillment of the RFC targets.

Allocation

  • Maintain and update outbound lead times and calendar quarterly to ensure accurate delivery plans and calculations.
  • Allocate stock to orders using SAP and other control systems, through overnight batch runs and ad hoc requests.

Delivery Note (DN) Management

  • Collaborate with channels to manage DN creation and execution, ensuring goods delivery adheres to service level agreements.

Reporting

  • Responsible for local COTA/OTIF reporting, understanding variance causes and identifying improvement actions as part of the Root Cause Analysis follow ups.
  • Produce order book-related reports to ensure transparency for on-time delivery projections.
  • Produce operational reporting required by Orderbook Fulfillment’s stakeholders, including ad hoc analysis.

Project and others

  • Participate in SAP workshops/upgrades and go-lives in regression testing within the Order Fulfilment area when required.
  • Identify critical supply chain constraints and determine actions to overcome problems with respect to supply of critical products.
  • Participate in cross-functional S&OP meetings (Planning, Purchasing, Sales, Finance, Brand) to ensure the collective success of the business
