Indosat is seeking a Business Governance Analyst to act as the governance control tower for the HiFi FTTH business. The role ensures operations align with policies, regulatory requirements, and strategy.

It focuses on standardizing processes, reducing deviations, and minimizing leakages across regions and partners. The successful candidate will support governance, risk, legal, and compliance functions, drive process improvements, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure governance

Qualifications

• Bachelor level education in a relevant field is required.
• Experience in telecom, broadband, or governance/compliance roles is preferred.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to drive process improvements and manage risks.
• Proficient stakeholder management and effective communication.

Responsabilités

• Oversee governance and compliance across FTTH operations.
• Standardize processes and minimize deviations and leakage.
• Manage contract lifecycle for FTTH partners and monitor milestones.
• Coordinate audits and implement corrective actions with risk teams.
• Collaborate with Sales, Technical, Ops, IT, and Finance teams.
