Qualifications

• Senior GRC leadership experience required at group/multi-entity level.
• Strong regulatory mastery across sectors; credible with regulators such as OJK.
• Expertise in enterprise governance including ERM, controls, and standardized frameworks.
• Proven transformation capability in digital governance and post-M&A environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the establishment and enforcement of enterprise-wide IT governance frameworks aligned with corporate objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Define and oversee policies, controls, and decision-making structures covering IT risk management, cybersecurity governance, compliance, data governance, architecture standards, and portfolio oversight.
• Ensure transparency, accountability, and disciplined execution across all technology initiatives while safeguarding the organization from major risks.
• Strengthen executive confidence in IT with structured oversight, performance measurement, and value realization mechanisms.
