Job summary

PT Fiberhome Technologies Indonesia is seeking a document controller for FTTH and Telkom projects. You will manage project documentation, monitor ATP data, and coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to keep schedules on track.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of related experience in FTTH or Telkom projects, 2 years in telecom, a relevant degree, and strong English and local language communication. Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year as document controller on FTTH or Telkom projects.
• Minimum 2 years in the telecom sector.
• Bachelor degree in telecommunications or computer-related field.
• Proficiency in English and local language.
• Strong internal and external communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets for documentation work.

Responsibilities

• Monitor ATP data and coordinate ATP scheduling with FH project team.
• Close punchlist and report results to the PIC.
• Manage project documentation: collection, storage, verification, and progress monitoring.
• Coordinate with customers on documentation.
