Shangri-La Hotel, Surabaya is seeking a Service Associate Front Office (Receptionist) to support smooth front desk operations and memorable guest experiences. You will manage guest profiles, follow up preferences, and assist in creating a memorable stay.

The ideal candidate is a hotel management graduate with strong English skills and excellent interpersonal abilities, capable of shift work in a luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Experience or willingness to work in a luxury hotel environment.
• Excellent English written and spoken communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and guest‑oriented approach.
• University or diploma in Hotel Management or related field.

Responsabilités

• Take responsibility of the front office to ensure smooth and efficient operation at all times
• Ensure Guest Profile & preference are all follow up
• Ensure Guest Experience are memorable
• Ensure all details are covered & accurate
• Upsell rooms to meet guests needs when appropriate
• Ensure all company policy & procedure are followed
