Role Description The Front Office Agent is responsible for delivering warm, efficient, and professional front desk services to all guests. This daily worker, on-site role based in Ubud includes greeting and checking in guests, managing check-out procedures, and handling reservations and appointment scheduling. Daily tasks include answering phone calls, responding to guest inquiries, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining accurate records in the property management system. The Front Office Agent ensures that lobby and reception areas are presentable, supports concierge-style services such as local information and activity bookings, and helps resolve guest issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
