Job summary

PT. URBAN PADEL INDONESIA is seeking a front desk and customer service associate in Tangerang. You will greet members and non-members, manage check-ins and bookings, process payments, and operate booking platforms such as Reclub and Courtside.

You will coordinate players for activities and respond to inquiries via WhatsApp and other channels. Daily tasks include data entry, routine Excel reporting, and collaboration with hosts and the operations team to maintain a friendly, organized reception

Qualifications

• Experience in administration or front desk is a plus.
• Able to operate multiple applications and online platforms.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel experience is required.
• Detail-oriented with data entry and repetitive tasks.
• Friendly and proactive in customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers (members and non-members).
• Handle check-in, court bookings, and payments.
• Operate booking platforms such as Reclub and Courtside.
• Invite and coordinate players for Reclub activities.
• Respond to inquiries via WhatsApp and other channels.
• Maintain customer and booking data.
• Prepare simple daily reports using Excel.
• Coordinate with hosts and operations team.
• Handle cashier duties and ensure accurate transactions.
• Maintain a professional front desk area.
