Job summary

Mubadala Energy invites fresh graduates to join the Fresh Graduate Program 2027 in Supply Chain Management, based in Jakarta. This internship offers exposure to procurement policies, tender activities, and cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders.

The program runs from early 2027 through 31 December 2027, with opportunities to gain hands-on experience in an international oil and gas company, while developing analytical, governance, and project coordination skills.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates with a relevant bachelor's degree are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Support monitoring of procurement policies, procedures and workflows.
• Assist in preparing, registering, and tracking PQ and tender activities.
• Maintain templates for prequalification and tender documents.
• Support execution of prequalification and tender processes and coordination activities.
• Prepare communications with bidders, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Assist in compiling procurement records, reports, and supporting documentation.
• Provide administrative support for procurement-related meetings and evaluations.
• Support process improvement initiatives within SCM Contract & Procurement.

Fresh Graduate Program 2027 - Supply Chain Management

Mubadala Energy Fresh Graduate Program is an internship program with excellent ways to gain exposure and working experience in an international Oil and Gas Company, as well as an opportunity to develop knowledge, skills and competencies. The program will start in the beginning of 2027 up to 31 December 2027.

Responsibilities include but not limited:

• Support the monitoring of compliance with approved procurement policies, procedures, and workflows.
• Assist in preparing, registering, and tracking prequalification (PQ) and tender activities.
• Maintain prequalification and tender document templates to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Support the execution of prequalification and tender processes, including document preparation and coordination activities.
• Prepare and manage correspondence with bidders, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Assist in compiling procurement records, reports, and supporting documentation.
• Provide administrative and coordination support for procurement-related meetings and evaluations.
• Support process improvement initiatives, ad hoc assignments, and special projects within the SCM Contract & Procurement function

Qualifications:

• Fresh graduates with bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration are encouraged to apply.
• Minimum GPA (Grade Point Average) is 3.20 out of 4.00
• This Program is Open to Fresh Graduates & Early Career Professionals (up to1 Year Experience, internship included)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities, with attention to detail.
• Effective time management and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and external parties.
• Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn procurement and contract management processes.
• Demonstrates professionalism, accountability, reliability, and ownership of assigned responsibilities.
• Able to follow established procedures and governance requirements while completing tasks accurately and on time.
• Previous internship experience in SCM, procurement, or university organizations is preferred.
