Job summary

Mubadala Energy invites fresh graduates to join the Fresh Graduate Program 2027 - Government Technical Alignment in Jakarta. This internship offers exposure to an international oil and gas company and opportunities to develop knowledge, skills and competencies starting early 2027.

You will assist with stakeholder mapping, CSR data collection, engagement planning, reporting, and presentations, with English proficiency and strong MS Office skills required. Indonesian nationals only.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates with Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Communications, Public Administration, Sociology or related field.
• Open to Fresh Graduates & Early Career Professionals (1 Year Experience).
• Minimum GPA 3.20 out of 4.00.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong stakeholder research, data analysis, reporting and presentation skills.
• Good organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Proactive, collaborative, adaptable and eager to learn.
• Able to maintain confidentiality with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of Aceh local context is an advantage.
• Prior internship/volunteer/leadership experience is an advantage.

Fresh Graduate Program 2027 - Government Technical Alignment

Mubadala Energy Fresh Graduate Program is an internship program with excellent ways to gain exposure and working experience in an international Oil and Gas Company, as well as an opportunity to develop knowledge, skills and competencies. The program will start in the beginning of 2027 up to 31 December 2027.

Responsibilities include but not limited:

• Assist in preparing stakeholder mapping and profiles.

• Support stakeholder information management, analysis, and engagement planning.

• Participate in an improvement project and prepare midyear and final presentations.

Qualifications:

• Fresh graduates withBachelor's degree in International Relations, Communications, Public Administration, Sociology, Development Studies, Political Science, or related discipline.
• This Program is Open to Fresh Graduates & Early Career Professionals ( 1 Year Experience)
• Minimum GPA (Grade Point Average) is 3.20 out of 4.00
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong stakeholder research, data analysis, reporting, and presentation skills.
• Good organizational abilities, with attention to detail.
