Job summary

Mubadala Energy Indonesia invites fresh graduates to join the Fresh Graduate Program 2027 in Jakarta. The internship runs from early 2027 through 31 December 2027 and focuses on government technical alignment, stakeholder engagement, and CSR data reporting.

Responsibilities include stakeholder mapping, monitoring engagement commitments, data collection for CSR programs, and preparing reports for management insights.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates withBachelor's degree in International Relations, Communications, Public Administration, Sociology, Development Studies, Political Science, or related discipline.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong stakeholder research, data analysis, reporting, and presentation skills.
• Good organizational abilities, with attention to detail.
• Proactive, collaborative, adaptable, and eager to learn.
• Able to maintain confidentiality and work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of the local context in Aceh is an advantage.
• Previous internship, volunteer, leadership, or community engagement experience is an advantage

Mubadala Energy Fresh Graduate Program is an internship program with excellent ways to gain exposure and working experience in an international Oil and Gas Company, as well as an opportunity to develop knowledge, skills and competencies. The program will start in the beginning of 2027 up to 31 December 2027.
