Job summary

DHL Global Forwarding in Batam seeks an energetic university student in their final semester to support the Freight Forwarding Operation Team with day-to-day administrative tasks. You will assist with export and import shipment processes, document handling, and routine duties under close supervision.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English, proficient in MS Office, and demonstrate strong time management and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled university student in their final semester, preferably in logistics or supply chain.
• Internship-ready with campus organizational experience; internship experience is a plus.
• Ready to commit for 6–12 months and relocate to Batam or nearby areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support for export & import shipment operations under guidance.
• Handle repetitive tasks like arranging shipment documents.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders as required.
