Job summary

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in freight forwarding with strong analytical skills, English and Indonesian fluency, and a Bachelor’s degree. This on-site position offers growth within a global logistics network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience/qualification.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical and numbers driven; system savvy.

Responsibilities

• Track and manage country IP KPIs and lead operational reviews with customers.
• Serve as the operational contact for inquiries, complaints, and claims.
• Maintain shipment status visibility and coordinate with teams to escalate issues.
• Identify potential leads for Sales and maintain up‑to‑date SOPs.
• Follow and support Quality, EHS, and Business Continuity procedures.
• Communicate with stakeholders at country and station levels.
