United Entertainment is seeking a Field Sales Manager to identify, prospect, and acquire new distributors, driving market expansion across the Joglosemar Area. The role focuses on building distributor networks and achieving sales targets through strong field execution.

You will travel across Yogyakarta, Solo, and Semarang, manage distributor relationships, monitor market conditions, and report activities through the company reporting system.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in any major.
• 2–3 years of experience as a Sales Supervisor in FMCG/Personal Care/Fragrance.
• Established network of distributors in Joglosemar (Yogyakarta, Solo, Semarang).
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Willing to travel across Yogyakarta, Solo, and Semarang.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and acquire new distributors to drive market expansion.
• Manage sales activities and achieve targets across the Joglosemar area.
• Develop new markets, expand product distribution, and partner with retailers and distributors.
• Build and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and partners.
• Submit regular sales reports through the company’s reporting system.
• Monitor market conditions and competitor activity.
• Maintain distributor and outlets database.
