Job summary

FACETOLOGY is seeking an Area Sales Supervisor to drive distribution and business development across the assigned area in Jawa Barat. You will oversee distributors, analyze weekly and monthly sales performance, and expand coverage into new markets.

The role requires 3–5 years of sales leadership experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to travel as needed. Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is needed to manage reporting and targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience with a proven track record in leading sales teams.
• Experience in FMCG or beauty industry is preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential.
• Strong knowledge of the local market and relationships with distributors/retailers.
• Comfortable with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for reporting and analysis.
• Willing to travel outside the area as needed and work under pressure to meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee distribution level and drive business development in the assigned area.
• Develop areas not yet covered and expand market presence.
• Conduct weekly and monthly sales analyses and performance reviews.
• Monitor distributor stock buffers and Monthly Purchase Orders.
• Manage relationships with local distributors and retailers.
• Travel as required to cover markets and close opportunities.
