Job summary

Grab is seeking an FP&A associate to join the Jabo Strategy and Planning team in Jakarta. You will partner with stakeholders to craft business plans, monitor budgets, and translate financial data into actionable strategy.

The role reports to the S&P Budgeting and Monitoring Assistant Manager and operates on-site in Jakarta. You will build performance dashboards, track targets, and collaborate with marketing and regional FP&A teams to drive growth across verticals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of FP&A, finance, strategy, or business analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
• Understanding in financial and accounting metrics, especially P&L.
• Experience in financial modelling, simulation and analysis.
• Proficiency in Excel; SQL/Python/R advantageous.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills; cross-functional work in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to monthly forecasts and annual business plans with inputs and consolidated projections.
• Monitor budget consumption and flag variances requiring action.
• Design and maintain dashboards visualizing key financial metrics.
• Track targets vs actuals, prepare reports for strategic reviews and allocations.
• Document dashboard methodologies to ensure continuity and knowledge sharing.
