Grab, Southeast Asia's leading superapp, is seeking an Associate in FP&A on-site in Jakarta. You will partner with S&P budgeting and monitoring to translate financial data into actionable business plans, forecasts, and dashboards, supporting regional teams and leadership.

You will work across budgeting, reporting, and performance analysis to drive efficient resource allocation and strategic decision-making in a fast-paced tech environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years FP&A, finance, strategy or business analysis in tech/ FMCG valued.
• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field is required.
• Strong grasp of P&L metrics and financial modelling.

Responsibilities

• Develop monthly forecasts and annual business plans aligned with goals.
• Monitor budget consumption and flag variances for action.
• Design dashboards for financial metrics with accurate data visuals.
• Track targets vs actuals and prepare periodic performance reports.
• Document methodologies to ensure knowledge sharing across teams.
