Job summary

PT Jakarta Global Hub, a Singapore-based consulting firm, is seeking an FP&A Analyst to build and maintain financial models within EPM and BI platforms, including budgets, forecasts, consolidations, and variance reporting.

The role requires strong Excel skills, Power BI experience, and 2+ years in FP&A with a focus on financial analysis, reporting, and scenario planning. You will collaborate with offshore teams and engage in client-driven financial planning projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of FP&A, management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, or related finance functions.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models in EPM/BI platforms, including budgets, forecasts, consolidations, allocations, and variance reporting.
• Validate model outputs against source data and investigate variances.
• Prepare and review management reporting packs with financial analysis and variance commentary.
• Develop and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and semantic models across datasets.
• Document business logic, assumptions, calculations, and methodologies.
