Job summary

MatchaTalent is seeking a senior FP&A leader in Indonesia to govern budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across multiple units. The role includes building standard FP&A processes, modeling, and delivering clear management reports for senior leadership.

The successful candidate will mentor the FP&A team, partner with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Commercial Finance, and drive cost optimization and capital allocation decisions within a fast-growing FMCG context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 8–10+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or management reporting.
• Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or high-volume consumer businesses preferred.
• Strong senior-level hands-on FP&A experience with budgeting and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual operating plan, budgeting, long-term planning, and rolling forecasts.
• Develop financial models for planning, scenario analysis, and decision support.
• Consolidate data across units and prepare MD&A and executive dashboards.
• Provide insights to senior leadership to optimize costs and capital allocation.
• Mentor FP&A team and ensure data governance and reporting accuracy.
