Job summary

MatchaTalent is seeking a senior Head of FP&A to govern financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and data consolidation across Indonesia operations, including manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial channels. The role requires a hands-on leader who can translate complex data into clear insights for senior management.

You will build standardized planning frameworks, lead the annual plan and rolling forecasts, and partner with cross-functional teams to optimize costs and support capital

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience.
• Strong experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or high-volume consumer businesses.
• Senior-level, hands-on FP&A with budgeting, forecasting, modeling.
• Expertise in complex financial models and planning frameworks.
• Ability to consolidate data across multiple units and locations.
• Experience in management reporting, dashboards, and executive reporting.
• Experience supporting multinational organizations preferred.
• Strong cost management understanding: OpEx, CapEx, logistics.
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle).
• Fluent business English; Mandarin preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual operating plan, budgeting, and rolling forecasts across units.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support planning and scenario analysis.
• Consolidate data and deliver MD&A, dashboards, and executive reports.
• Monitor OpEx/CapEx, materials and logistics costs against budgets.
• Provide cost-control recommendations to improve profitability.
• Mentor FP&A team and ensure data governance.
• Coordinate with regional/global teams and HQ for reporting.
