Job summary

Grab is seeking a Supply Chain Strategy & Planning Lead in Jakarta to drive long-term efficiency and growth of our logistics network. You will connect raw data to executive decisions, owning the design and financial sustainability of shipping programs.

You will partner with Finance on FP&A, translate strategy into budgets, forecasts, and P&L impact, and ensure plans remain financially durable while supporting growth.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in supply chain strategy, FP&A, management consulting, or business analytics (e‑commerce or logistics preferred).
• Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI).
• Ability to translate complex datasets into actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Experience with network modeling, financial modeling, or incentive/subsidy design.
• Experience collaborating with Finance on budgeting, forecasting, and P&L drivers.

Responsibilities

• Own FP&A rhythms for supply chain: budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis.
• Develop scenario-based forecasts for network changes and shipping programs.
• Prepare business cases for new markets, product categories, and infra investments.
• Lead strategic planning for 1P network, including dark stores and distribution centers.
• Evaluate logistics network layouts and changes to minimize fulfillment costs.
• Design and refine free shipping thresholds and program economics.
• Define core supply chain metrics and build automated dashboards with finance-linked metrics.
