Qualifications

Min. 2 years of experience in Finance Control & Analyst.
Experience in FP&A, Financial Analysis, Finance Control or Reporting.
Advanced Excel; Power BI experience preferred.
Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP).
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn new technologies, including AI and data analytics.

Responsibilities

Analyze financial and business data to provide actionable insights.
Prepare and maintain budget monitoring and performance reports.
Support financial planning, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Develop dashboards and reporting tools using Excel, Power BI and SAP systems.
Assist in Account Receivable (AR) monitoring and sales-related financial analysis.
Support tax-related processes and cross-functional finance initiatives.
Identify opportunities for process automation and continuous improvement.
