Job summary

PT Kruger Ventilation Indonesia is seeking a Production Planning and Inventory Control professional to optimise production schedules and manage inventory in Tangerang, Banten. The role collaborates with manufacturing, logistics and procurement to maintain optimal stock levels and meet production demands.

Ideal candidates have 3–4 years in PPIC or related areas, a manufacturing background, and strong Excel/SAP skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor production planning based on customer orders and capacity.
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Procurement and related departments to ensure smooth processes.
• Monitor progress and ensure schedule adherence.
• Prepare and maintain production planning and inventory reports.
• Monitor material availability and coordinate requirements with Procurement and Warehouse.
• Control and monitor inventory levels to support production needs.
• Identify potential delays or shortages and coordinate actions.
• Maintain PPIC data and ERP documentation.
• Support continuous improvement of PPIC processes.
