Job summary

PT Electronic City Indonesia, Tbk is seeking a Supply Planning professional to ensure product availability through proactive inventory management and robust planning practices. You will monitor stock levels and sales performance, coordinate replenishment and procurement, and balance allocation to minimize stockouts and aging inventory.

Collaboration with internal teams is essential to optimize the end-to-end supply chain.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Inventory Control, Merchandise Planning, Supply Chain, or related areas.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop effective inventory plans.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Ensure product availability through effective inventory planning and management.
Monitor sales performance and inventory levels to ensure alignment between planning and operational requirements.
Manage replenishment and procurement activities to maintain optimal stock availability.
Balance inventory allocation based on sales demand, considering both stock quantity and inventory aging.
Conduct inventory analysis and evaluation to minimize the risk of stock-out and overstock.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support inventory planning and supply chain operations.
