You will study existing products, reformulate to match specifications, determine raw material compositions, and conduct direct testing to optimize industrial production line formulations.

Senior Food Technologist / Snack Product Development Expert responsible for analyzing and developing snack food product formulations to achieve desired taste, texture, and form. The role involves studying and analyzing existing products, reformulating them to produce equivalent taste, texture, form, and specifications, and determining composition and measurements of raw materials, food additives, seasonings, and flavorings. Direct testing and formulation development will be conducted until desired product results are achieved, with formulations designed for application on industrial production lines.

About you

Specialized experience in snack food development and production (Puffed Corn, Corn Sticks, Extruded Snacks)

Extensive knowledge of food formulation, raw materials, food additives, and extrusion technology

Ability to develop formulations and conduct product testing independently

Experience working in snack food manufacturing facilities

Minimum S1 qualification in Food Technology, Food Science, or related field

Able to communicate in English orally

Real industry experience in developing snack food product formulations
