Nutritionals Company in Indonesia is seeking an experienced product developer to coordinate lab-scale and pilot-scale trials, analyze results, and adjust formulations to ensure product consistency, stability, taste, and nutritional quality.

You will manage multiple product development projects from concept to commercialization, ensure all formulations comply with local and international food safety regulations, supervise and mentor R&D staff, and drive continuous improvement in product

Formación

• 5-6 years of hands-on experience in product development, specifically in snack and biscuits.
• Proven track record of developing and launching new snack and biscuit products.
• Prior experience supervising junior R&D staff or technicians is preferred.
• Milk powder formulation knowledge, food safety systems, and food regulation in Indonesia

Responsabilidades
