Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology with minimum 1 year experience as Quality Control in the Food & Beverage Industry.
• Experience in gathering, recording, and reporting on operational and quality metrics.
• Basic knowledge in food safety and quality system, food hygiene, and HALAL assurance system.
• Basic skills in data processing and analysis via Microsoft Windows and internet applications.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, orally and in writing.
• Ability to work independently and within a team; to learn and manage work priorities.
• Willing to work in shift hours and will be placed in Cikupa, Tangerang.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for ensuring the quality of materials, production processes, and the conformity of distributed products with internal standards and specification.
• Prepare reports on the results of problem analyses.
• Conduct investigations related to complaints from outlets and the central kitchen.
• Record non-conformists and develop corrective action as well as preventive measures.
