Qualifications

• Strong understanding of food safety and responsible service regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for guest handling.
• Proficiency with POS systems and bar management software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily bar operations, including stock management, inventory control, and ordering of beverages and supplies.

• Control costs and budgets whilst maintaining profitability and quality standards.

About the role

White Rock Beach Club is seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Supervisor to join our hospitality team in Melasti Beach area, Ungasan, South Kuta, Bali. This is a full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity to lead and manage our bar operations in one of Bali's most vibrant beachfront locations. As Bar Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service standards, managing staff performance, and creating memorable experiences for our guests. This role is pivotal to maintaining the high-quality standards that define White Rock Beach Club and directly contributes to our reputation as a premier destination.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3-5 years of bar experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity
• Advanced knowledge of cocktail preparation, mixology, and beverage management
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop bar staff in a fast-paced hospitality environment
• Strong understanding of food safety and responsible alcohol service regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage difficult situations tactfully
• Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and bar management software
• Sound knowledge of wines, spirits, beers, and other beverages
• Strong numeracy skills and experience with budgeting and cost control
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
• A passion for hospitality and commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences
• Fluency in English; additional languages such as Indonesian or Mandarin are advantageous
• Relevant hospitality certifications or qualifications are preferred
