Job summary

PepsiCo Indonesia is seeking a seasoned Financial Accounting professional to manage end-to-end accounting, costing, and reporting for Agro/Quaker operations. The role focuses on inventory valuation, cost control, and accurate monthly close in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements include 3–5 years in Financial Accounting under US/IFRS GAAP, a Bachelor in Accounting/Finance, and hands-on SAP FI-CO/MM and HFM experience. FMCG background is preferred, with strong communication skills in English.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience in Financial Accounting with US/IFRS GAAP.
• At least 2 years of product costing experience.
• FMCG industry experience is a must.
• Strong knowledge of SAP FI-CO/MM and SAP tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and review Agro/Quaker costing and inventory accuracy.
• Handle journal entries, GL maintenance, and monthly closing.
• Prepare inventory analysis and monthly reporting materials.
• Support audits and internal control improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial alignment.
