Job summary

PepsiCo Indonesia seeks a seasoned Finance Controller to lead costing reviews, monitor inventory movements, fixed and variable overheads, and ensure accurate book records. You will drive cost improvement initiatives, supervise period-end closes, and promote data ownership across the factory while upholding PepsiCo policies.

You will coordinate with the Indonesian market unit to deliver timely management reports, support audits, and ensure compliance with US and local GAAP.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience in Financial Accounting with US/IFRS GAAP standards.
• Solid knowledge of product costing and brand profitability.
• Experience with SAP FI-CO modules and HFM is preferred.
• Strong analytical, planning and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate monthly closing and reporting process of inventory and costing management.
• Lead review and analysis of costing vs last month and last year with planning team.
• Ensure compliance with PepsiCo financial policies and GAAP.
• Support cost improvement initiatives and management reporting.
• Collaborate with internal and external audits and coordinate with IT/Shared services.
